Sky Go error code PFE 9004-IH

I've been watching old episodes and catchup episodes recently on Sky Go no bother. I was watching old episodes of ER last night when the next episode gave me the error message saying to restart the app and if still having the problem to quote this code contacting customer services. I restarted the app and still it is happening. I did a search and saw one person solved it by disconnecting their sky Q box but that didn't work for me. I saw another suggestion of uninstalling app, restarting the laptop ten reinstallling the app. That hasn't worked either. I went into the other programmes I've been watching and those episodes are loading up so went back to ER and went to the last episode I watched and it loaded up no problem so tried the episode after the one I can't load up and that's loading up. It seems to be just this particular episode I'm having the issue with. Any other suggestions as to what the issue may be or how to fix it, please?

If you can post the series and episode number you are having issues with I will check this later to see if the same 9004 error pops up for me as well.

What device are you using. a pc/laptop or a Mac ?

I am using a windows laptop. The episode is Season 1 episode 23 "Love Among the Ruins". I appreciate you taking the time to check this for me. Thanks.

I have just tried this episode on my PC and see the same 9004 error as you do so I would suggest letting Sky now and when you do make sure they know this is on a PC/laptop version of Sky Go and that two people are seeing this error, if you want you could include this link to this thread. @caesarome thank you so much, just wanted to update you as you were so helpful. I got a reply back to say they were able to recreate the error message so it's been raised with the support teams who will contact channel 4 to resend the content to them. Hopefully this means the episode will be fixed soon.
