Sky Go on a new tablet

Got a new tablet. Loaded Sky Go. Got to log in page. Entered (correct !) user name. Got error message "Sorry, There was a problem contacting the server"

Turned to laptop. Went to Sky Go. Enetered same user name. Accepted and moved on to enter password.

Why doews it work fine on the laptop but not on the Tablet ?

What tablet did you get as there might be something on it blocking Sky Go from

working correctly like a VPN or if ot is an iPad then private relay might be activated that could be causing this issue,

Switched the VPN off and all now fine.
