I am an Irish sky customer who has used sky go in Spain in July but went home and came back and now my sky go isn't working and says cannot currently be viewed in this country. My friend was with me for a few days and her sky go worked fine, what's gone wrong?

You need to use Sky Go at home after a set number of weeks to stop the app from auto disabling

So you are back in Spain but did return back to Ireland and used Sky Go there ?

I was back home for 7 weeks and did use sky go on my phone for that very reason but I did leave the iPad in Spain as I have spinal damage and can't carry anything, I had hoped using the phone at home would reset it but probably not

It is per device I'm afraid so returning your mobile to Ireland isn't going to have any impact on your Ipad as you have discovered.

Plus unfortunately my iPhone is blocked too probably cause they are on the same iTunes account. If I wasn't missing the first season of traitors Ireland it would be grand but it's also not available on the rte player here either. I will just have to lug all devices home with me for next time.

Thanks, I have told my husband to use his iPad at home so he can bring it when he joins me for the last week, hopefully his will work, it's also on a different Apple id which will hopefully increase the chances
