Error Code PFE 5003-IH whilst using the Sky Go App on a PC

Have we got anywhere on solving this issue as I have tried all the aformentioned methods mentioned in similar post and no joy

A few things to try as no idea what you have tried:

If you are using graphics card overclocking software then make sure this is closed.

If this error is on downloaded content then try restarting the app by exiting and then re-launch the app and if that hasn't sorted it you would need to delete the content with the error and download it again.

Disable Spotify is it is running.

Try running the app as an administrator.

I have a problem, it is similar to previously answered issues but not the same so I have started a new thread.

I get a pop up when trying to watch Sky Go on my PC, live channels or recordings from my Q Box not downlaods.

I do not have Spotify, I do not have overclocking on my graphics card, I have run Sky Go as Admin and all with the same result. I have also installed Windows 11 again with a totally fresh install, I have also used a different Graphics card.

The AI bot is useless and does not give any meaningful information.

At my wits end with this,

My PC specs are:
OS Windows 11 Pro 24H2
Graphics AMD Radeon RX 9070 XT
CPU Ryzen 9 9950X3D
RAM 64 GB

Any help would be gratefully welcomed.

Sky are sending a tech to look at the issue, I don't hold out much hope but out of the ethos of sharing I will update the thread.

I had the same problem and the suggestions did not work for me, however, I found this page on the sky help and the first option worked ...

Basically, you need to restart the Sky Go app. HOWEVER, just closing the app does not fully close it, you need to go to task manager and end the Sky Go task from there. I reopened the Sky Go app and all worked fine.
