Sky Go App issues

The Sky Go App on my phone and tablet show an error messgae when I try to watch most of the channels (seems to work on BBC etc, but notr sports movies etc.) Have tried restarting both and uninstalling and reinstalling the apps the selves. All with no luck. Tried to call about it but got put through to Billings who didn't have a clue. Stuck.

There has been a problem connecting to the Sky Go Network. Error Code 0-01

Are you using a VPN ?

Do you subscribe to the package with Sky for the content you are trying to view ?
