Problem accessing live sport on SkyGo

I keep getting a 3-22 error message whenever I try to watch any live sport on SkyGo. I have tried uninstall ingredients and reinstalling the App, both with and without restarting the device in-between the two actions. I have a Samsung Pro 23+ phone. Can anyone help me please

Make sure the Dex app is disabled on your phone if it is present.

Are you a Sky Sports subscriber via Sky ?

No Dex app, and, yes, I am a sky sports subscriber via sky

I have just tried uninstalling skygo rebooting my phone and then reinstalling the app. Now I am getting either error code 0-01 or a message saying that my device needs to be authorised! 😠😡🤬

If you are using a VPN that will need disabling when you use Sky Go.

Thank you so much! I had forgotten that I had activated the VPN 🙄. Now deactivated, and skygo is working 🥳🍷
