I have been trying for some time to get Sky Go to run on my Macbook Pro. It's a M4 MacBook running Sequoia 15.6.

I've deleted Sky go entirely from the Macbook and then checked all the suggested folders for sky go content (none in them) and then, having moved everything to the bin, emptied the bin and done a fresh, clean install of Sky Go for Mac.

Every time I get the same error, after it looks like it checks for updates, the screen does nothing before popping up saying

We're having problems connecting you. Please try again. (001).

Hitting Try Again just sees the same thing happen. Thanks
