Sky Go missing channels

I can't get certain channels on Sky Go. These have been available previously, although have kept disappearing. I was able to fix this by restarting Sky Go but now they are permanently absent. I have reinstalled the app but to no avail

All BBC channels and various other entertainment channels

Do you have Sky Q and a multiscreen subscription as the only way to view the BBC channels on the Sky Go app is by connecting it to the box and streaming it from it and for this multiscreen is required.

BBC channels won't appear in Go when the device is away from home (or at home but using cellular data)

They also don't appear at all for Sky Glass and Sky Stream subscribers.

This is a choice made by the BBC themselves.
