Sky Go not working on Win 11

I have recently had a new surface tablet / laptop and am going away, I wanted to put Sky Go on to take with me but every time it launches it dies on my when I get to putting in the password,.

I have tried most of the tips but nothing working? Does anyone have a fix ? Sky App is the latest one.

2025-08 Cumulative Update for Windows 11 Version 24H2 for arm64-based Systems (KB5063878) (26100.4946)

Sky Go Version 25.3.3.0

Any help would be appreciated.

I'm having the same problem.
Has worked fine until I tried it today, the app loads but then constantly spinning wheel when trying to watch any channel:

Sorry I misread the original post, I'm actually not having the same problem, but either way the app has stopped working on Windows 11.

I think another user posted that updating the sky go app (via settings) to the beta version solved their issue

Can't get to settings as it won't load? So can't update to Beta..

Don't get to sign in so even if I update to. Beta on another machine it still won't fix it??

Still not working an no update from Sky to fix what should be a simple fix to make something work on a widely used platform ?
