SkyGo on Windows 11 laptop not installing -

I have tried to intall SkyGo on my Windows 11 laptop numerous times. I can install the app but when I click on it it says installing updates then an error message pops up and says 'This version of the SkyGo app is not compatible with Windows 6. To continue using SkyGo please upgrade to Windows 10 or later.' Any suggestions? I have looked at many forums and tried various things but so far I have had no luck.

'Windows 6' was either Windows Vista from 2006 or a hypothetical bridging release between Vista and 7 back in 2008. What is the make and model of the device you trying to install Go on?

Hi, it is an HP x360 convertible 13 with Windows 11 Home.

That is the message that many of us have been getting for sometime that cannot install Sky Go on W11 devices.

It has been reported to Sky and is obviously an incorrect error message in its description.
