No more sky go for Playstation 5

I have watched sky go on my PlayStation 5 for years, all of a sudden it says need sky go extra to watch. I have sky go extra on my package, having rang sky they have said sky go is no longer available on games consoles is that correct??? Why?

No, that isn't correct so quite why they would come out with that is beyond me.
