    <description>&lt;P&gt;I am having exactly the same problem as Natalie367 (logged in community 28/3/25): it is impossible to make any changes to devices, users or even to see devices and users from within the Sky Go app.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;There is a 'whoops!' message.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;The fact that I have been given from Sky customer services a workaround to use from the My Sky app is neither here nor there; the Sky Go app has no management functionality.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;How can I undertake Sky Go device management from within the Sky Go app please?&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&lt;span class="lia-inline-image-display-wrapper lia-image-align-inline" image-alt="IMG_1559.png" style="width: 1179px;"&gt;&lt;img src="https://helpforum.sky.com/t5/image/serverpage/image-id/112077iF08B308D5D9EA5A3/image-size/medium?v=v2&amp;amp;px=400" role="button" title="IMG_1559.png" alt="IMG_1559.png" /&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt; &lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;Hi - yes I did! The solution was to manage everything via the My Sky app instead. I now only use the Sky Go app for watching. If I want/need to review devices (or rename etc) this is now via My Sky app &amp;gt; Home &amp;gt; &amp;nbsp;Product Settings &amp;gt; TV Settings &amp;gt; Device Management.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Hope it works for you &lt;span class="lia-unicode-emoji" title=":crossed_fingers:"&gt;🤞&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/P&gt;</description>
