Unable to manage devices from Sky Go app

I am having exactly the same problem as Natalie367 (logged in community 28/3/25): it is impossible to make any changes to devices, users or even to see devices and users from within the Sky Go app.

There is a 'whoops!' message.

The fact that I have been given from Sky customer services a workaround to use from the My Sky app is neither here nor there; the Sky Go app has no management functionality.

How can I undertake Sky Go device management from within the Sky Go app please?

If so is your account linked as we this:

If it is linked then you will need to contact Sky:

https://www.sky.com/help

You can also contact Sky via social media:

Or via the phone 150 is the free number to use from a phone that has a Sky mobile sim in it or Sky Talk phone.

Hi - yes I did! The solution was to manage everything via the My Sky app instead. I now only use the Sky Go app for watching. If I want/need to review devices (or rename etc) this is now via My Sky app > Home > Product Settings > TV Settings > Device Management.
