I am trying to watch on sky go and I am getting the error 50-2 why is this?

You haven't said what device you have Sky Go installed on so if an iphone or ipad then go to Settings > Sky Go > Location and turn off Precise Location off.

If you use a VPN make sure this is turned off.

I have done this and it still doesn't work.

Have you then rebooted your device ?
