Getting error code pfe9903 on sky go on my laptop saying I am running video capture software. Any ideas?

Is the Windows snipping tool open in the background because if it is then it will need closing as will anything running that can capture pictures, sound or video.

It isn't Sky services that is causing this error as something is running in the background that can capture pictures, video or sound so open task manager and close down anything like the windows snipping tool that can capture any of these.

I have no snipping tool open or any capture software open in the background. The cat was on the display settings the other day but maybe need to reset them

Thanks for solution getting rid of recording software. I didnt think I had any but forgot I had 'Panopto' from an online exam I took a while. Also didnt realise it starts in background automatically.

Thanks @caesarome - no idea why Snipping Tool was running in the background on my Windows 11 laptop, but once I highlighted the process in Task Manager and used the End Task option, SkyGo worked fine for me again.
