Set device pin, sky go

I cannot download anything on sky go on any device that I log into because it brings up and error message to say I need to set a device pin, I have tried the links in the other post, I have tried via the app itself and another error message comes up and I have tried via my actual account, I have tried this on 2 iPhone and an iPad all up to date etc and it just won't work. Please can someone escalate this for me because trying to actually speak to a human at sky is pretty much impossible and Iv already tried everything mentioned in other posts

The pin for Sky Go can be setup here:

https://www.sky.com/productsettings/tv/parental-controls

If this isn't working for you then what is the error message you are seeing ?
