Sky Gonot working on PC after years of it working.

I have been a subscriber of Sky for over 20 years - trying to use Sky Go on my laptop, which has always worked in the past, however I get a 0002 code. I have uninstalled and reinstalled but I still get the code. I was getting a PFE 9303 code but that has changed. Why?

Are you using a VPN because if you are it will need to be turned off before Sky Go will work.

Tried to run Sky Go again. Got a PFE 9303 then I ran again and got a code of 0002. Why? It works on my iPhone and an iPad in the same room on the same network.

No. I have got it working by tethering to my phone - but it's not the best quality.
