External display output blocked

Sky go on my Samsung tablet won't play anymore. I always used to watch it there but now just say external display output blocked. Have reinstalled and cleared cache multiple times and still nothing. I think I pay enough to be able to watch it on my tablet too whenever I want .

Any help would be appreciated!

Have you connecetd the device to an external dispaly as per the message or are you using something like a VPN ?

One thing to check is that Samsung DeX functionality is switched off: Go doesn't like this being enabled even when there's not an external screen attached.

So....I turned of Dex and it worked!

Turned back on though and went back in and it was still working. But I know now what to do if that happens again.

And I have 65"glass and 2 pucks. Don't think there were the cause.
