topic SkyGo won't load in Sky Go

SkyGo won't load

Installed SkyGo, but when I run it, the app opens, checks for updates, but then closes straightaway. I've reinstalled, but get the message:

"This version of the Sky Go application is not compatinle with Windows 6. To continue...update to Windows 10 or later."

I already have Windows 10.

Any ideas
