Sky Go iPhone widget is no longer visible

The SKY GO widget is no longer visible when I try and add it to iPhone Home Screen.

Sky go app is downloaded and working perfectly.

any suggestions why it's not even visible to download as a widget. ?

Try holding down the app and then moving it to the homescreen.

my problem is not with the SKY GO app. Which works fine. On my iPhone.
It is the WIDGET. which is NOT the app. And is added by pressing and holding the Home Screen then scrolling to find the SKY GO widget and selecting it.
it's always been visible. And now it isn't.

Hope someone from Sky might be able to explain this.

You are doing it the wrong way around, so find the Sky Go app, press down on it and try moving it to the home screen.

The sky go WIDGET is different to the app.
I have the sky go alpp.
on my phone. And it's perfect.

Have you got widgets on your phone.
you add them by pressing and holding.
having scrolled RIGJT from the Home Screen. On an iPhone.
I'll send a screen shot if you don't know the difference.

When I get the list of WIDGETS available SKY GO is no longer an option.

here is a screen shot once ADD WIDGET has been selected. As you can see SKY GO

does not feature in the list.

No idea what has happened or why but I don't see Sky Go in my list of available widgets either.

I've tried everything - the common sense and the random. And called Sky but they didn't even know what a widget was so no help there.

i am on iPhone 15 with latest iOS and Sky Go App worlks fine. Simply no longer a Sky Go Widget available to add to Home Screen.
