IVe tried to get Sky Go via the app & it won't let me load. I have the Sky gold member account. Can anyone help please

What is happeining after you have logged into the app, so if you see an error message what does it say ?

I clicked on the sky go app & it came up with a screen with lots of shows. When clicked on to one of them , it starts as if it's going to load, then reverts back to the shows page. It says to upgrade or go to app which I've already done

What device is the app installed on ?

Hi. I have been with Sky for a couple of years. I have a Sky mobile, Sky sports package which is on my virgin box, but I am wanting to use sky go on my I pad. Thanks for taking the time to try & help me

@Joan48 You can't use Sky Go I'm afraid as your Sky Sports package is not direct with Sky but through Virgin Media. Sky Go is only available to customers who have their TV subscription directly from Sky i.e. Q, Stream, Glass, Sky+.

As stated above as you are a Virgin TV customer then you need to use their app instead - Virgin TV Go.
