Sky Go will not launch on Mac

Same as previous posts where on selecting the Sky Go icon it bounces a couple of times in the Dock and then disappears. I have unstalled and re-installed the Sky Go app with same result. My Mac OS is Ventura 13.1

The process goes through installing and completes with the following but unfortunately produces the same result.

Suggest you give up I've tried for 3-4 years and no positive result. I've actually had one person say why complain you do pay for sky go

A sad state of affairs as I reported the same problem 12 months ago and would have thought Sky would have come up with a solution over time.
