    <description>&lt;P&gt;As you returned after being away for 3 years you old account will have been closed so you will need to setup a new one to use with Sky Go.&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;If you want to use the same email address then you need to first remove it from the old account first so log into the old account here:&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;A href="https://www.sky.com/myaccount/my-details" target="_blank"&gt;https://www.sky.com/myaccount/my-details&lt;/A&gt;&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;Then delete the email address by providing another one and logout of this account, this will then free it up to use when setting up your new Sky ID:&lt;/P&gt;

      <description>&lt;P&gt;I am having sky go error code on macbook and on my samsung s24 ultra says "To enjoy this service, please upgrade your subscription" when setting up first time and did use sky website official &amp;nbsp;link sky go and that did not resolve this&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;on my sky q box it says "your sky q box is not enabled to connect to sky go". internet &amp;amp; satelite all connected all good however.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;unable to record either from sky go app or watch on demand&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;tried internet reboot and reinstalled app on mac and phone and software update all devices and sky q software latest version. &lt;P&gt;If you don't have a multiscreen sub then while you can not connect the Sky Go app to your Sky Q box you can use the Sky Go app for live and on demand content but you will be unable to view your recordings and live TV from the BBC.&lt;/P&gt;</description>

&lt;P&gt;That is correct it isn't for the reasons I stated yesterday as BBC content can only be streamed via the app when connect to a Sky Q box and for this you need multiscreen for this. the reason being the BBC will not allow their channels on the app.&lt;/P&gt;

      <description>&lt;P&gt;Hi&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;yes it worked thank you for that advice, logged into current one, changed to another email address. clicked on original sky link order confirmation email that said "great reason to create your sky id" and linked it to intial email address so now sky go works successfully and can stream on macbook and phone. Do i need sky go extra or multiscreen subscription to use this on PS5 or Xbox series x games console?&lt;/P&gt;</description>
