Problems playing sky go... help !!

Signed up to sky stream, was told By sales team I would have instant access to sky go whilst I wait for my puck, as soon as I crested my id and logged in it's showing error code 0-01 and error with skygo network ... won't play anything on demand or.tv.guide. complaint has been made also was on phone for over an hour to be told nobody could help me, great start , not even 24 hours in!

Yes it's all linked. Just won't play. It's so frustrating. Sky won't or can't do anything. Think I may cancel it's too much effort

I just spoke to Sky go technical team.And even though the sales team told me , I would be connected and able to watch sky go immediately after purchasing sky stream... that was a lie... now I'm being told I'm unable to watch until it's delivered. Why sales team have to lie just to get commission is beyond me 🤷‍♀️ thanks for your help anyway
