The Mentalist no longer allowing download to iPad.

I have been downloading The Mentalist to my iPad for months now. All of a sudden it is only available to my Sky box. Is this a glitch or have the rights been removed? I watch whilst I'm running in the gym so this is a pain for me. How do you find out whether it is a permanent issue? Thanks.

It could be that the rights have expired so you could email Sky's viewer relation steam to ask them if this is the case - viewerR@sky.uk

Make sure you let them know that this is a Sky Go issue.

Its likely a rights issue. The Mentalist is still available on Sky Go ( its showing as being available via U&Alibi) but not all shows that are available on Sky Go are available to download some can only be streamed.

Thanks for your advice, I did contact Viewer Relations and they confirmed that it was a licensing rights issue and The Mentalist can currently only be downloaded to a Sky Box.
