Ever since the new year I have been unable to watch sky go on my phone with the following error Sorry an error occurred please check your internet connection and try again error code 4253024421, happens every time, internet connection is perfectly fine

I have the same issue. I think it may be related to the Norton VPN I use when outside the UK, since Sky go works fine with VPN off when in the UK.

Same here, although I have no vpn on my phone. No idea what's up. No answers from sky since January??

This is happening to me also. Only in the last day.
