You could try this that has been previously posted on here, not sure if it will help:

Delete/Uninstal the Sky Go app.
Delete ‘Sky Go Installer’ from Downloads.

Open Macintosh HD and hold down the Command, Shift and Full Stop buttons (this will show your hidden files) and delete any Sky Go/Cisco Player files and folders.

Have tried the limited guidance on the skygo help section of fully uninstall and re-install with no luck.

The Skygo page launches I can see what's on, unfortunately nothing will play, anything that is clicked on to watch, goes to a black screen with a small buffering type wheel and then the error code and box with Code: PFE 9001 appears.

I'm not on any VPN, the Wifi is 60-70mb.

Skygo will work perfectly on my iphone but it will not work on my macbook and I cannot seem to find out why.

It's been days of trying and no luck.

Thoroughly **bleep** off.

Thanks I haven't tried the hidden files. I will give this a go. I'm not optimistic but can't hurt to try.
