Recordings nor ITV or BBC available on iPad

Recordings nor ITV or BBC are available on my iPad.

I have rebooted my iPad and the Sky boxes and WiFi.

I still can't access my recordings on my iPad, or get BBC or ITV and I have Sky multi room.

This might be related to the issue with Sky Q boxes late yesterday so as you have done everything you can I'm not sure at present there is much more that you can do but to leave it until later to see if you can now access your recordings.

Do you have a Sky Q box, if so, check in your app to see if you're connected to the Sky Q box (it's in the settings)

if it's set to OFF then you can't see many channels and recordings, however if you turn it back on you will probably

suffer the old "buffereing" problem which is a real pain.

I think recordings are ok, but TV channels will start "buffering" and become unwatchable.

Sky have never acknowledged this problem and have certainly never tried to fix it.
