Hi my sky go on my iPhone has for some reason not allowing me to watch my shows when I'm out and about but it worked last night when I checked could someone please help me out thank Jo

On your device try disabling your Wi-Fi convection, reboot it then enable the Wi-Fi agaiin to see if the app now works.

Hi just tried that and it says the following the app is currently unable to connect to the stream please try again if this problem persists please try restarting the app

You have turned the wifi back on, if so are you using anything like a VPN ?
