Sky go on computer

I have installed sky go on my computer and when i start sky go i get the sky logo with a big arrow then it says updating and after some time i get to the home screen, i select the tv guide to which i select the channel i want to watch and then this is where the problem starts, i get a black screen with a cicrle going around and around for about 5-10 minutes then i can hear the channel behind the black screen still no picture, the volume doesn't work also the full screen arrows, i downloaded the skyfix.bat from the discussion page and then i get a picture but the sound goes off and no controls. This has been happening for some time now and sky has not fixed this, it makes you wonder what the hell they get up too, is the subscription worth it after been a valued customer for so many years. I await a reply boffins.

Still waiting for this private chat and i expect noone has an answer for me other then uninstall it and reinstall which i already have done so comeone guys fix this issue

The chat invite was not recieved so was unable to respond, very poor at fixing i have windows 11 pro and everything else works fine except sky go very sketchy in deed
