sky go extra not working on x series

my sons sky go has stopped working on his x series, i have moved house and now it doesnt work, it does work on his phone and laptop but not his x series console.

is it a console problem or do i need multi screen for his console as i have seen it could be a typo from sky to say you only need sky go extra subscription to which i was added for £5 a month.

Sky Go Extra should be enough for conolse use, check your account on Sky.com and make sure it lists Sky Go Extra, if not give Sky a call and get them to check the account

Hi have phoned Sky twice about it, last time was today and removed a couple of devices still not working on his Xbox x series

Message says

"you can't use sky go on this account yet, you need multi screen or sky glass or sky go extra"

we have sky go extra, as I rang Sky after the first message and paid £5 a month for the service it's been several days since it was added to my package

To get you some help with this I have escalated your post to the Sky Messaging team who should be in touch with you sometime tomorrow morning regarding this via a blue/red chat bubble which will appear at this bottom of this page.
