&lt;P&gt;Do you have a TV subscription from Sky ?&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;If so make sure you are logged in with the correct ID/email&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;Something else to try is to go to skyid.sky.com/signin/skycomlinked and enter details when it asks for your postcode. Account info will then be activated so try Sky Go again.&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;Hello, I'm receiving the error message 1404 on my laptop (Asus ZenBook13) when accessing channels on SkyGo. I've tried un-installing and re-installing with no success. It's probably the first time since the windows 10 upgrade. Can you help please? Many thanks.&lt;/P&gt;</description>
