    <description>&lt;P&gt;Hi&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;It said I didn't have the correct subscription. I've rechecked my bill and sky go extra was taken away today. It was a vip reward that I thought was linked to signature. I didn't realise changing broadband would take it away. Thanks though.&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;I've just changed broadband supplier from Sky to Vodafone. Sky go is no longer working in either my Xbox s or PS5. It's working fine in my phone though. I've tried uninstalling but no success.&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;</description>
