Sky Go not working on console

I've just changed broadband supplier from Sky to Vodafone. Sky go is no longer working in either my Xbox s or PS5. It's working fine in my phone though. I've tried uninstalling but no success.

What is happening when you try to use the app on your consoles, any error messages and if so what does it say ?

It said I didn't have the correct subscription. I've rechecked my bill and sky go extra was taken away today. It was a vip reward that I thought was linked to signature. I didn't realise changing broadband would take it away. Thanks though.
