i am a sky vip diamond customer.

i have read that as such, i can get sky go extra free which would allow my son to watch skygo on his xbox one.

i have spoken to sky who said i would have to upgrade to multiroom. at an extra cost.

any ideas?

Sky Go Extra is not free as it costs £5 per month, this applies if you are a Sky+ or Sky Q customer:

My son has the sky go app on his Xbox but i have never been charged for it, i am a sky stream subscriber and have been with them for 17 years and never been charged for using the sky go app you can download it for free i also have it on my phone

I do have whole home subscription and before that the multi room subscription so that my be why i am not being charged for it

There is no charge for the Sky Go app itself, as it is Sky Go Extra that can be chargeable unless you have multiscreen or the whole home package or if you have it for free via a previous VIP offer.

The first sky glass tv and puck were active in november 2021 but he already had the sky go app on the Xbox for my sky q days
