    <description>&lt;P&gt;Fixed it!&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&lt;SPAN&gt;Right click the SkyGo shortcut &amp;gt; properties &amp;gt; compatibility&amp;nbsp;&lt;/SPAN&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&lt;SPAN&gt;CHECK the boxes "Run as administrator" AND the box beneath that says "Register this Program for Restart".&lt;/SPAN&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;SPAN&gt;Click Apply.&lt;/SPAN&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&lt;SPAN&gt;Then on re-launch the windows firewall pop up apeared (which I allowed) and it logged me in as normal.&lt;/SPAN&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&lt;SPAN&gt;So far so good!&lt;/SPAN&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <title>Sky Go Stuck on initial screen</title>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;Downloaded the latest app for my PC. Gets stuck on the first downloading update screen and nothing else happens. Doesn't work at all. Same result on my laptop.&lt;/P&gt;</description>

&lt;P&gt;Mine updated yesterday as it was the first time used it and from when it started to update to me be able to use it was about 6 or 7 minutes so have you tried leaving it for a while to see what happens or have you already done this ?&lt;/P&gt;</description>
