hello, have this problem since today, on android phone, always worked, and also updated the app to 24.5.1 (latest). i am from italy. tried on lte and wifi. same account but on windows is working. any ideas? reporting?

In the UK the 0-01 error can mean a wrong subscription so you might want to contact Sky Italy about this as beyond that we can't help you via here as this site is from UK customers.

Nevermind, uninstalled and reinstalled from scratch and it worked... thanks anyway
