We have had sky q and watched the recordings on sky go for sometime now, but suddenly we can't get recordings on sky go. Live programs euro but no recordings

Yeah we do

It's all worked properly until now

sky go doesnt include recordings

I cannot access recordings on sky go. I have multi room and both my PC and Sky Q box are on the same wifi network

did this get resokved? I also have skq multiroom and both my PC and sky q are on the same network.
