Cannot load Sky Go on new laptop

Just upgraded my Macbook and cannot get Sky go to load, looks like I am not alone, any suggestions please as it is my go to to watch Sky when on the move?

What is happening when you go to use the Sky Go app ?

I click on the link on the sky page and it says downloading then it just disappears, doesnt seem to be downloading just going through the motions
