Can anyone help with this error code I'm getting when I try to access Sky Go on my mobile phone please?

I have no issues on my iPad, just won't work on my phone.

I've tried the "fix" being offered on other discussions like signing out and then signing in again. My account number is connected and the App upto date.

Sorry, maybe should've mentioned I'm on iOS 18.4 so all upto date

No.
neither wifi or 4/5g.

having looked a bit more into this, I've read that this may happen as a result of a poor connection.

just checked again now that I'm home on my home wifi and it's working, so that may have been the issue

The annoying thing is that my colleague had his Sky Go working whilst on the same connection where I couldn't!!

Sky sports just went out. It wasn't a good connection to begin with, but went into total blackout just before Villa scored...twice!
