topic Where are my playlists? in Sky Go

Every single streaming service - including NOW - has a watchlist functionality that's easily accessible from the user's homescreen: simple to add to, simple to manage and simple to find, whether it be on an app or through a browser.

But it's nowhere to be found on the Sky Go app.

This is basic, obvious stuff; the lowest bar to clear when designing one of these things.

And god-forbid you should come to the site for help and ask the Virtual Assistant (veering into rant territory now, so feel free to skip), which fries its one chip when trying to figure out what Sky Go is, and becomes enfuriatingly clingly when yo tell it you want to chat to a human.

And after a further 5 minutes of navigating inane questions, filling in your details and repeatedly detailing the issue "to ensure you can be helped more quickly" the first thing the human says is, "How can I assist you today?"

@MABrock1980 The issue with Sky Go is it's not designed around Sky Stream nor as a streaming platform, it was & still is used for the satellite TV boxes Sky+HD & Sky Q to allow users to watch content away from home, therefore adding playlists to Sky Go would not be an option as the 2 boxes mentioned would not be able to use playlists.

Sky Go was around long before Stream/Glass came about.

As @GD1 indicates, the current version of Go is now legacy software from before the Comcast Corporation acquisition of Sky Group, and it has no interaction with Glass or Stream which are Comcast products.
