      <title>Sky Go asking for device authorisation</title>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;I had the same problem in the summer last year. It has reappeared.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;I have Sky Q subscription and hardware, with mini boxes and sky go.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Sky go waws working fine, then stopped and gave me error code 4*2*5*3*0*2*4*4*2*1.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Tried everything suggested in the forums including reinstalling sky go.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Now get a message saying that the device - iPad Air 4 Gen, using OS 18.3.2 - needs to be authorised&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;All pretty much as last year.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Cannot find anything on website or VIP site on how to authorise a device&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Now stuck with a not working sky go.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;please advise&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;many thanks&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;Are you using a VPN because if so it will need disabling before starting to use Sky Go.&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;Have disabled VPN, and now it is working. But VPN was working before.....&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;many thanks for assist, but sad, that for some reason that isn't clear, I now have to disable device security to watch Sky go.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;cheers&lt;/P&gt;</description>
