    <description>&lt;P&gt;Hi,&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;I'm having some problems over the last few days watching Sky Go on my Apple TV 4K 1st Gen. I've been doing it successfully for years.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;The app opens fine, and it's possible to navigate, use the search function, TV guide etc. however, as soon as I click to play the content I get the spinning grey loading circle that appears constantly, never showing the live or on demand program I've selected. &amp;nbsp;The app appears to crash and I have to force close it.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;I've update my Apple TV software and deleted the Sky Go app and re-logged in, but neither of these work. Any suggestions?&lt;/P&gt;</description>
