Stream sky go and ipads

Wew are wanting to use the sky go app on our iPads at home via sky stream but cannot get it to work. An agent ( chatbot or something ) told us that we couldn't do it via sky stream. Yet Sky's own web page states that you can use stream to watch sky go on mobile devices. Can anyone enlighten us as to wether or not this is the case and if Ivan be done how. Cannot talk to a human as all numbers state " we are sorry but your number is not recognised please try another number" did that and got same message even thought it's my number on the account

I'm not sure what you are trying to do as you can watch live TV via the Sky Go app on your Ipads as ll they need is a Wifi connection. You can not connect them directly to Sky Stream in the way you can to a Sky Q box.
