Cannot download and install Sky Go app on new mac mini

I have used Sky Go on my previous iMac, bought a new mac mini and tried to download it, receiving error code (001). Have contacted support and got someone who was helpful to the point that he couldnt fix it. This has left me very frustrated and time spent on something that should just work. Any ideas, tech support did not close this down professionally - just left me a message apologising that they could not find a fix, no number to call back on or anything to try.

Many thanks Caesarome - worked a treat! That's after hours spent with Sky 'customer services', none of whose employess seem to know about this simple fix. Don't any of them read these forums?
