hello.sky go installed on tablet.home page comes up. but will not allow tv guide and does not show recordings along choice bar

installed on phone and it allows all

this is from my phone.tv guide and recording missing from tablet.also do nit see it connecting to sky box...usually says connected in green ..

The TV Guide can be found via the icon at the bottom of your screen, it does say TV Guide against it.

As for your recordings do you have multiscreen on your TV account ?

that is the problem.it us there but does not open to allow you to watch.

Are you trying to watch live TV from the TV Guide, if so and you select a program on a channel that is on then what is happening ?
