&lt;P&gt;In the settings on the app try turning off the connection to the Sky Q box to see what happens. If you keep seeing the message about no internet connection then try rebooting your broadband router.&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;I want to watch sky go on my iPad but everytime I start watching something it messages to say it's lost internet connection also says can't find sky &amp;nbsp;Q box Same happens on my iPhone , and tried on my computer any ideas ?&lt;/P&gt;</description>
