Sky go - can’t download

Hi,

I've logged into sky go (was a previous customer - now got a new account) on my phone for the first time today and tried to download a programme and got this error message...

It looks like you haven't set up a Device PIN for Sky Go. Please visit 'sky.com/devicepin and log in to your Sky account, you'll be watching this show in no time.

I can't log in to go to a device pin as there's no option to do this following the instructions.

I've deleted the sky go app and resigned in - still the same issue.

Does anyone have any insight?
