      <description>&lt;P&gt;Signed up to Sky Stream Monday and was able to use Sky Go immedietly. As of last night, its saying I need to upgrade my subscription to watch any channel, on both the Apple TV app and iPhone app.&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;I am correctly logged in to the correct Sky account, Sky Stream puck is connected.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;What can I do?&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;For Apple TV you will need the Whole Home package, this isn't required for your iPhone&amp;nbsp;though as what you should be able to view should match your TV subscription.&lt;/P&gt;</description>

&lt;P&gt;To get you some help with this I have escalated your post to the Sky Messaging team who should be in touch with you sometime tomorrow morning regarding this via a blue/red chat bubble which will appear at this bottom of this page.&lt;/P&gt;
