Error Code: cannot show

Using SkyGo on my iPad 9th Gen.

Constantly getting the following error notice:

Sorry, something went wrong.

Sorry, an error occurred. Please check your internet connection and try again.
Error code: four two nine four nine six six two nine one (it won't allow me to include the actual digits)

It's always when I'm streaming football matches. The internet is fine on all other devices, and no issues on the hub.

Try linking your account:

https://www.sky.com/help/articles/sky-id-cant-access-all-my-services

If it says it is already linked then delete the Sky Go app and disable the internet connection on your iPad, reboot it, then after it has loaded up turn back on the Wifi and reinstall the app again.
