code 1310 trying to watch sky go

I signed up to sky tv as a new customer a couple month ago, tv is working grand but sky go is giving code 1310 when trying to watch someting.

I don't want to be sent a link to chat if there is long wait times.

Its confusing

On the mysky website when I go into my details and account info it has an account number for Sky Glass, which I don't have and its not my account number.

When I click the link you gave and select link my account it says its ready to go but when i click next it has

Ready to go

Have you had Sky Glass in the past and cancelled it ?

No, we have never had sky before.
