PFE ERROR 9012 ON MAC

I've previously watched Skygo on my macbook with no issues until recently when I get the error PFE 9012, I've uninstalled the app and reinsatlled but it's still not working. I can watch box sets etc but no live tv, but strangely I can watch live sky news only. Any help would be much appreciated as this is so frustrating! Thank you

Do you have a Sky Q box @Jen26091 and if so is the app connected to it ?

Try the uninstall options here halfway down the page for Apple:

I've done all of this, still not working!! It's so frustrating, it's working fine on my iphone, just not the macbook. It worked no bother the last time, just since last night and I've done nothing different.

i have exactly the sam,e issue - phone ok , macbook was ok until yesterday - only use when im away - sky news works PFE 9012 error on all other channels i have tried - frustrating to say the least - chat bot useless. -
